Our multidisciplinary team — including specialist colorectal surgeon, Female women's health physiotherapist, pelvic floor nurses, and Dietician — works side-by-side to support patients through some of the most sensitive stages of their health journey. We are now seeking a Male Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who shares these values and wants to grow within a team that truly supports you — both clinically and personally.

About the Role

This role offers the chance to provide dedicated pelvic health care within a highly supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

70/30 revenue share (70% to the Physiotherapist) or hourly option

Requirements

Your Responsibilities

*Holistic assessment and management of pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy-related conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation
*Creating personalised treatment plans and coordinating care with surgeons and nurses
*Educating patients with empathy, clarity, and respect
*Accurate documentation and adherence to professional standards
*Contribution to multidisciplinary case reviews and growth of our pelvic floor program

About You

We would love to hear from you if you are:

*AHPRA-registered with tertiary physiotherapy qualifications
*Experience in pelvic floor health treatment 
*Empathetic, patient-focused, and passionate about holistic care
*A strong communicator who thrives in a supportive team
*Keen to collaborate with surgeons and work in a specialist setting
