Zebra Technologies is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team in Brno. This is more than just a recruitment role; it's an opportunity to act as a true talent advisor, specializing in our Corporate Functions and making a tangible impact across the region. Responsibilities:
- Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: You will manage the entire hiring process for our Corporate Functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal) across the EMEA region, from opening a new position to crafting and communicating the final offer.
- Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand their unique needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and build effective, tailored recruitment strategies.
- Lead Our Early Talent Strategy: Spearhead the EMEA Internship Program by organizing our presence at university job fairs and building strong, lasting relationships with key academic partners to attract the next generation of talent.
- Become a Talent Expert: Act as the subject matter expert for your business area, sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates through a variety of advanced channels and building strong talent pipelines.
- Drive an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate receives a professional, positive, and seamless experience that reflects the Zebra brand.
- Shape Our Future: Go beyond daily recruiting by contributing to global TA projects, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- A Truly Global Team: You will be a key member of our international team, collaborating with colleagues in the US and APAC to share best practices and work on global initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a strong track record of managing the hiring process from sourcing to offer.
- Fluency in both English and Czech (written and spoken) is required for daily collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with senior leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and individually
