Based at Ringwood East site, on the lands of the Wurundjeri People, with ad hoc travel to local kindergartens
$50.79–$60.70 per hour (subject to experience) + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
Your role, your impact As an Occupational Therapist in our Child Development Allied health team, you will:
Deliver evidence-based assessment, individual and group therapy for children aged 0–8, supporting their development and family capacity
Champion cultural competence by ensuring assessments and interventions are inclusive and accessible for all families, with a focus on those most vulnerable
Manage risk and caseloads by conducting thorough assessments, documenting goals, and implementing care plans
Collaborate and share knowledge within a multidisciplinary team and with external partners, contributing to a supportive and innovative workplace
Maintain compliance and quality by keeping accurate records and meeting service standards
Your work will directly impact children and families in our community, helping them achieve their goals and build brighter futures.
Who we’re looking for To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration Experience supporting children, parents, and families to enhance children’s development Skills in fine and gross motor, sensory processing, play, social, and self-care skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively Knowledge of CMOP, COPM, standardised assessments and use of evidence-based practice Ability to coach, mentor, and consult with educators and families Current driver’s licence and cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check
