Job Responsibilities:

The Business Analysis Associate I supports operational activities and/or change initiatives by leveraging technology, data and/or processes to deliver results, identify root causes, define business requirements, and analyze technical or operational impacts. Designs and develops solutions in support of the implementation of business strategies. Conducts analysis and uncovers patterns leading to new questions and solutions through data collection, integrity, utilization, requirements and analysis. Produces reporting and communications in support of operational or change initiatives. Works with data sets from varied sources, systems and tools. Partners with stakeholders to support finance, control, legal and/or regulatory needs, as well as change control and readiness.

Responsibilities:

* Manages or contributes to delivery of information, insights, and solutions that inform business strategies and decisions.

* Defines business requirements, performs analysis and root cause identification in support of operational controls and readiness, as well as change initiatives.

* Gathers and analyzes information and processes of moderate to high complexity to solve unstructured business problems.

* Interprets information and recommends solutions through analysis, modeling, visualization, and communication.

* Leads or participates in operational, financial, and technical activities to ensure cross-team alignment, while ensuring adherence with legal, controls, and regulatory guidance.

* May directly or indirectly manage team of resources.

Analytical Skills
  • Collect and analyze information relating to technology, resiliency, business continuity planning or other business areas as assigned, and provide regular, prompt & relevant communications or reports to stakeholders
  • Support the review of all vendor-related business incidents to identify the root causes, impacts and actions, perform incident trend analysis and systematic problem identification, correction and prevention
  • Understand technical, resource and schedule implications of business decisions or process/technology changes and proposing appropriate and effective solutions, technology- or business-wise. This includes the ability to present said solutions in a variety of forum and media (both standard and/or customized forms) and with a variety of audience which may involve senior business leaders or external stakeholders to gain buy-in, approval or participation
  • Learn and understand new or industry-wide technologies or business solutions and assess relevance and impact to the business
  • Participates in development and improvement of operational performance goals and execution of strategy
  • Specialized knowledge in firm policies and operational procedures that allows for independent thought and action on important team activities
  • Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures

Computer Skills
  • Advanced proficiency with computer functions, contact center and business processing tools strongly preferred
  • Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools

Work schedules will be Monday through Friday but timing may vary

Qualifications Required:
  • Must have expertise in contact center technology and solutions, such as telephony and voice capabilities, chat platforms, network/server configuration/management/solutions, network and information security and has 2-3 years of experience in the said field
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience and track record in delivery results from project management, adapting industry-standard methodologies such as Six Sigma, SCRUM, etc
  • Must have 2-3 years of managerial experience
  • Preferred to have to 2-3 years of supplier management experience
  • Preferred to have 2-3 years of experience supporting a financial, or financial technology organization
  • Ability handle various, concurrent tasks and projects
  • Advanced knowledge of quality and business processes
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

Work schedules vary and could include a schedule that includes working in the evening and on the weekend.
