Monadnock Nutrition Services, LLC is a weight-inclusive, HAES-aligned private practice specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating across the lifespan. We provide outpatient nutrition therapy to pediatric, adolescent, and adult clients in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

Our practice values ethical, compassionate care and clinician sustainability. We prioritize clinical judgment over rigid policies, collaboration over productivity pressure, and long-term growth over burnout. Clinicians are supported through regular supervision, thoughtful case consultation, and realistic expectations around documentation and scheduling.
