Description

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support the team in conducting market and post-opening research to help drive strategic school expansion initiatives. This role involves analyzing market potential, identifying family hotspots, monitoring competitor movements, and studying parent inquiry patterns to generate actionable insights for business growth and operational improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on exposure to education business strategy, research development, and data-driven decision making.

Job Description:

• Expansion Research- Conduct market profiling for potential expansion areas
  - Identify family hotspots and target market behavior
  - Support competitor mapping and competitor analysis
  - Gather insights related to Sparks Preschool expansion opportunities
• Post-Opening Research
  - Monitor potential competitor movements around Sparks Preschool areas and its advantages
  - Analyze parent inquiry patterns and parent needs trends
  - Support post-opening performance evaluation through market insights and research findings

Requirements:

• Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate from Business, Management, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, or related majors
• Strong research and analytical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data
• Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools
• Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Having experiences in education industry would be a plus
