About the Role
You'll deliver comprehensive strategic advice across all areas of financial planning, including:
Deliver strategic advice across wealth management, SMSFs, superannuation, estate planning, and tax structures.
Managing and growing quality client relationships.
Developing tailored financial strategies and ensuring timely implementation.
Drive client engagement and retention while expanding your technical expertise.
This role suits someone who can hit the ground running, thrives on building relationships, and wants to progress into a senior advisory position.
What You Need to Succeed
3+ years' experience as an Adviser or Associate Adviser (or strong accounting/tax background).
Relevant qualifications: CA, CPA, CFP, or Bachelor's in FP, Finance or Accounting.
Strong technical knowledge of tax structures, SMSFs, and estate planning.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
